CEO Of Media Representation Firm Adds To His Impressive Resume With Membership In Stanford Who's Who

James founded the company in 1999 to serve the needs of a limited number of clients in the central part of the United States and Canada. His vision was to provide a senior level of representation to consumer and trade magazines, newspapers, online opportunities, trade shows and research vendors which could not normally afford to add an experienced professional or other team member to their staff.
Armstrong has held various posts for numerous media publications. Among those, he has been Director of Economic Development for Industry Week, Transport & Distribution and Financial World. In addition, he has anchored special sections for Business Week, Transportation & Distribution, Industry Week, and Financial World.
James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Speech at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He also attended the Graduate School of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, where his emphasis was on advertising, marking and research.
Among his many sales achievement and industry awards, Armstrong was named Professional of the Year from the St. Louis Chapter of BMA in 1990. As President of the St. Louis Chapter he also received the Chapter of the Year Award among all large chapters of BMA from 1987-1988.
Armstrong is a member of the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations. He is also an accomplished pianist, excellent skier and serves as a church officer.
