Susan M. Fessler Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Fessler handles accounts at Clipper Magazine/Gannett Direct Mail Solutions valued at $1.7 million
SHILLINGTON, PA, July 13, 2011 /Magazines PR News/ -- Susan M. Fessler, Director of Regional Sales and Cooperative Advertising at Clipper Magazine/Gannett Direct Mail Solutions, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in advertising.
With 22 years of professional experience, including 13 years of experience as the director of regional sales and cooperative advertising at Clipper Magazine/Gannett Direct Mail Solutions, she attributes her success to her persistence, passion and knowledge of the industry. On a daily basis, she handles various types of accounts which bring in $1.7 million in revenue. Managing the Saint Louis, Mo., marketplace, she sells specialty products, including menus, e-mail programs and postcards. She is also responsible for collaborating with retailers, training employees, and attending regional meetings to boost morale and sales.
Aside from her position with Clipper Magazine/Gannett Direct Mail Solutions, Ms. Fessler is one half of Get Real, a rhythm and blues duo. With Craig Schollenberger on electric guitar, the duo plays an eclectic mix of soul, country, blues, and popular rock and roll songs. In the past, Get Real has performed at The Bridge Inn and Chef Alan's American Bistro.
Ms. Fessler has completed coursework at Alvernia College (now Alvernia University), following the completion of the surgical technology program at the Reading School of Surgical Technology in 1980. She has been honored by the Eastern PA Business Journal by being listed in their Who's Who the Twenty under Forty list. She has received numerous sales performance awards while serving as a sales manager in the outdoor advertising and billboard business. Additionally, she toured in the early 80's with a professional show band named RB & The Gang. Together, the group performed 50's, 60's, and Motown hits in hotels and resorts within many of the eastern seaboard states. In her spare time, Ms. Fessler is a supporter of local school events, Food for the Poor, and CFCA. She hopes to experience continued growth within her profession, and explore opportunities in consultation and motivational speaking.
